Within three weeks the film audio CD going up to 1 lakh sale is another record in the recent times. That also speaks the followers of ‘Sri Kshetra Adhichunchanagiri’ is very strong. This is another feather in the cap of ace music director Gurukiran.

On Wednesday night the platinum disc for the sale of over one lakh CD of songs Sri Balagangadharanath Swamiji of Adhichunchanagiri Math was present to give away the mementoes. Sri Rishikumaraswamy also accompanied the event with Ramachandre Gowda, B Vijayakumar, Revanna, Krishnappa, Doddarange Gowda, Jayanthi and others.

Gurukiran the cynosure of the evening explained this is the biggest film of his career. This is my first mytho-socio-historical film. It is a great opportunity for me. There is no need to look at the commercial aspect for this film he felt.

Abhinaya Sharadhe Jayanthi explained how she got the role and asked the audience to watch this film and know how the ‘Vokkaliga’ was coined. Doddarange Gowda felt happy for being wife to actress Jayanthi in this film.
